General Shipping Guidelines
We ship all orders to a United States address via USPS.
We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via USPS as well. We ship to over 60 countries. If you have any questions about your order, please contact AllTheBagz customer service at email@example.com.
High Value Orders
High value orders, or orders shipping to an address other than the billing address, may require additional processing time or shipping time. Occasionally, we ship high value orders via USPS Priority Registered mail, which often takes as long as 5 business days for delivery. A customer service representative will contact you if your order requires additional processing time.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
AllTheBagz packages are secured directly by the shippers.
AllTheBagz has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.
Most products are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Customs And Duties
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. To expedite customs procedures and prevent items being held at international borders, AllTheBagz declares every sale to be a used item.
International sales are final sale and not eligible for return. Most domestic sales are eligible for return. The return eligibility of each product can be viewed under the product details page for that product.
