Returns

General Return Procedure

Most items may be returned within 4 days of delivery for a full refund. To request a return online:

  • 1. Email our customer service at info@allthebagz.com with the subject line "Return:" followed by the name of the item (for example, "Return: Hermes Scarf Act III Scene I")
  • 2. Our customer service agents will email you with a return label for you to ship the item back to us.
  • 3. Once we receive your return, you will receive your confirmation email of your successful return and we will begin to process your refund.  

*Please note: International sales (sales to addresses other than the United States) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible For Return

Brand new / unused items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. This includes brand new handbags and brand new scarves. The return policy of a specific item is listed under its product description.

Refunds

You will receive an email once your return has been received. Please allow 48 hours for re-authentication and processing. Please note, credit card refunds may take up to five to seven business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
