Can AllTheBagz source a specific bag for me (i.e. a new Birkin or Kelly)?

While we are a luxury handbag resale site, we no longer take requests to source specific bags for our clients. Our company focuses on its marketplace business, connecting buyers and sellers through our luxury handbag weekly auctions. If you are looking for a specific bag, please feel free to check our weekly auctions here. Please do not message us regarding requests to source, as we will simply not respond to these inquires.

Can AllTheBagz tell me information about specific leathers, colors, and sizes of Hermès bags?

Can AllTheBagz authenticate my bag?

We are capable of authenticating a wide range of luxury handbags, as that capability is required for our weekly auction marketplace. That being said, we are not in the business of luxury bag authentication. Please do not message us regarding requests to authenticate, as we will simply not respond to these inquires.

Where do the items from AllTheBagz's weekly auctions come from?

The items available on auction come from individual consignors. If you are interested in consigning your bag, please submit information about your handbag here.

Does AllTheBagz Guarantee Authenticity?

Certainly. Before any item is posted on our website, it is reviewed by both AI powered authentication cameras and a trained authenticator, specialized in the product type and brand. You can read about our authentication procedure here.

What forms of payment does AllTheBagz accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Venmo, Bank Wire. We offer customers a 3% discount on all payments made by bank wire. Please email info@allthebagz.com for bank wire details and one of our representatives will promptly respond to your inquiry.

How do I cancel an order?

All orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled via email at info@allthebagz.com.

Do your items come with receipt, box, and dust bags?

It depends on the item. The full description of item accessories are available on the product page for that specific item.

Can I pick up the items in person?

You may pick up item(s) valued at above $5,000 in person at our showroom at 106 Central Park South, New York, NY 10019. Please make an appointment at info@allthebagz.com to schedule your visit.

Does AllTheBagz accept returns?

Does AllTheBagz negotiate prices?

AllTheBagz does not negotiate prices. The prices for each item are the fixed amount as stated on our website. Please do not contact us asking for "best price" offers, bulk pricing, or return customer specials.

If I consign a bag to AllTheBagz's auction, what percentage of the sale do I get?

Does AllTheBagz have sales?

AllTheBagz does not have sales.

Does AllTheBagz accept payment plans?

Yes, we work with Affirm, a consumer lending company, to process payments plans. Simply click the Affirm logo upon checkout and you will be directed to a payment plan page.

When will my item be shipped?

Items are generally shipped within 1 business day following receipt of payment and approval. Deliveries are based on business days (Mon-Fri except Holidays).

What shipping service does AllTheBagz use?

We generally use USPS or Fedex to ship our items. Certain high value items are shipped via USPS registered mail to ensure reliable and safe delivery. Please refer to our shipping page for more details.

Does AllTheBagz charge for shipping?

Yes. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Express and international shipping are determined by size and destination. Please refer to our shipping page for more details.

Do you combine shipping?

We would be happy to combine shipping on items being shipped to the same customer that have not yet been shipped. Simply send us an email at info@allthebagz.com and type "Combine Shipping" and your name in the subject.

Does AllTheBagz ship to all countries?

We ship almost everywhere, however, a few countries have customs policies that have made shipping luxury brand items very difficult. For this reason, we may not be able to ship items to Africa, Latin America, parts of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Who is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes?

You will be responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery of your item. AllTheBagz does not have any foresight in regards to the potential fees. All items will be declared at full purchase price when shipped outside of the United States.

What does AllTheBagz declare on customs forms?

We love our international buyers. Unfortunately due to strict customs regulations we must mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the dollar amount you paid for the item (minus shipping). Please refer to our international shipping protocol here.
